Mr. Donald Segretti Esq. Has practice law in California since 1978. With a B.S. in Finance from the University of southern California and JD from University of California, Berkley. Mr. Segretti entered the US Army where he served as a Captain and JAG officer before going into private practice. Mr. Segretti has worked in communications business development in the US and Africa for over a decade. Also a driving force at African wireless, Mr. Segretti has a vision for a profitable company that dominate the niche of wireless communications in African emerging nations.

Buck Johns is a 1964 Industrial Engineering graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he received the Distinguished Engineer Award and , in 1977, was inducted into the Arkansas engineering Hall of Fame. Mr. Johns has directed several utility and real estate development companies over the past thirty years and is one of the more active business / political figures in California. Mr. Johns has received numerous gubernatorial and presidential appointments and has served as an active participant in government / civil / private engineering projects such as airport privatization, independent power generation development, and  telecommunications.
